12 year old Alex has severe spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy. All of his muscles are affected either by high tone or low tone.

All of Alex’s limbs have very high tone and his trunk had low tone. He needs to use a wheelchair for mobility and relies on us for all activities of daily living.

When winter arrives, we struggle with putting coats on Alex due to the tightness of his arms. We have gone through several coats every season because they all ultimately rip at the arms and become unusable.
